Very unassuming maple, but once I actually climbed up, I enjoyed myself so much up there! It's so nice and soft with all the moss. Do take care to not scrape across the moss, and properly handle it. Don't climb it too often, because it would be a waste if all the moss would go off of the tree. It's so nice and soft, and up there you can really, really sit and probably have a really nice picnic up in the tree. It's a really, really fun tree to be in and to just be above the path that everyone is walking on! Oh, and a fun mini story is that when I came down, a man walked past and started to tell me about the deeper meanings in the original book of Jungle Book and Kaa's hunting. He told me how much there is in life wisdom and everything! It was such a magical moment to be bridged into the Jungle Book world and feel how climbing trees is a way to be with what is there instead of being in your mind and telling stories and falling for stories. To just know what is you, because you are in your physical self with a physical tree, was a very, very beautiful moment!
