This is such a cute wingnut and it has a lot to offer. It had a lot to offer me at least. I was looking from the ground level still and I saw an owl sitting on one of the branches eating a mouse, which was already so beautiful. Then I started to climb it. I was able to climb it from the trunk with some bouldering technique but you can also climb it via crawling with that thin hanging branch. In those lower levels you can really navigate around all these horizontal diagonal branches, which is already just so fun to be there and look at everyone. You can actually go quite high, not to the top of the canopy, but quite high, and it gets quite technical. The branches are thick. You have to really take care to move your center of mass because it's quite dangerous up there but it is a very very satisfying climb. Oh, and there are so many nice holes for your hand and feet with all these holes that are just embedded in the tree, in the stumpy parts! Oh and the descent is surprisingly doable, and so fun to go down from that hanging down branch :) I noticed that the technique I put in was coming out and I was able to get as far as I would be comfortable to go. Up there there are also some nice places to sit. Very big recommend. Such a cute tree~!
